We have created a Trust which undertakes and conducts various social welfare activities like Tree Plantation, Distributing Bicycles to the Handicapped, Blood Donation Camps, and other such beneficial services.
Adopted Drought Area
It was in these circumstances that in the summer of 2013, Chakote Foods came to their rescue officially adopted the village. For 6 months through summer, the company made a daily provision of more than 125000 liters of fresh drinkable water to the village. The company also supplied fresh nutritious Maka crops grown on owned lands, as fodder for the livestock for the entire period. It gave Chakote Foods great satisfaction and fills us with gratitude that we could be friends to our fellow citizens in their time of need.
Swachh Bharat Abhiyan
To accelerate the efforts to achieve universal sanitation coverage and to put focus on sanitation, the Prime Minister of India launched the Swachh Bharat Mission.
Chakote became a part of this mission by cleaning 350 Bus Stands at a same time between 8 am to 12 pm on 24th March 2015 with participation of 25000 channel & retail partners across western Maharashtra, Marathwada, Karnataka, Goa & Andhra Pradesh.
Blood Donation Camps
Today most blood donors are unpaid volunteers who donate blood for a community supply.
In our country, established supplies are limited and donors usually give blood when family or friends need a directed donation.
But here Chakote tried to contribute for society & initiated many donors to donate as an act of contribution.
Relatively safe Donating is taken care by Chakote & Medical Team.
Till date 25000 blood bottles donated by such donors.
Tree Plantation Drive
We don’t just plant more then 30000 plants – but we create environmental impact, by surviving them. To ensure that the natural beauty of the environment should maintain, establishing a interconnected link between staff, friends, vendors, customers and the community around them.
Therefore, it doesn’t remain a regular tree plantation campaign but becomes a well-known program bringing lives in the form of plants.
Other CSR Initiatives
Among the many eco-conscious efforts from Chakote Group, one was conducting of a massive tree plantation initiative to contribute towards protecting and preserving the environment. As part of this venture, we planted over 25000 trees in various areas.
Women Empowerment
By working independently, women become much more self-governing and are excited to have an alternative way of earning their living.
Our casual work enables women to develop inter-personal skills, become independent and recognize the importance of the role and the involvement they can make to culture
Promotion to education of slow learner
Almost twenty slow learner Students yearly adopted & are provided with free school supplies such as bags, stationery, books, uniform, etc. the provision for academic and co-curricular activities of these child.
Skill Development
Chakote is contributing to making people, especially rural youth employable, in the rapidly changing economy, ensuring livelihood and also contributing positively to the labour force.
Hiring for jobs without experience on tasks like manufacturing floor attendant, Logistics, office attendance, security services, retail shop, dealership etc. makes the rural youth with minimum qualifications (min.7th class pass) employable in market and raised their living standards. So many of them are enjoying great success in their jobs, entrepreneurships. Training programmes on specific skills for entry level youth are conducted timely .
Tree Plantation Drive
This year, we marked the birthday of Hon. Annasaheb Chakote, Chairman of Chakote Group of Industries, in a truly special manner. Rather than opting for traditional festivities, our Chakote team embarked on a tree planting adventure, imbued with purpose and significance.

Blood Donation Camps
On the auspicious occasion of Hon. Annasaheb Chakote’s birthday, Chairman of Chakote Group of Industries, A blood donation camp was organized as part of the group’s longstanding commitment to community welfare. Every year, the Chakote Group endeavors to give back to society by hosting blood donation drives, with a mission to support numerous blood recipients through the generosity of donors.
Under the meticulous care of the Chakote Group and a dedicated medical team, the blood donation process ensures safety and well-being for all participants. Over the years, this noble initiative has seen remarkable success, with a total of 25,265 bottles of blood donated to date.
This ongoing endeavor stands as a testament to the Chakote Group’s unwavering dedication to serving the community and making a positive impact on countless lives through the gift of blood donation.
