Start your day with a healthy and nutritious recipe. Start the recipe with making the batter for the toast.

In a medium-sized bowl, add 1 cup Rava-upma mix, 1/3 cup curd, 2 tablespoons chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli, 2 teaspoon coriander leaves, 2 tablespoons chopped carrot, and 2 tablespoons chopped capsicum.

Mix all the ingredients to make a smooth batter and add salt as required. Next, take 8 bread slices and remove the edges.

Cut the slices diagonally or horizontally, as you like.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame.

Grab the bread slices and toast them on the pan.

Add ghee around the edges of the slices while toasting them. Apply a thin layer of batter in one side of the slice. Flip the slice on the pan and spread green chutney on the other side of the slice.

Let the toast cook until golden brown and serve with any sauce of your choice.
