Gulab Jamun is everyone’s favourite dessert recipe. You must try the Bread gulab jamun recipe which is easy to make and takes less time than gulab jamun.

To prepare this dessert recipe, you need 1/2 cup sugar syrup, 2 cups bread crumbs and 1 cup ghee.

Heat milk in a saucepan over medium flame. When the milk comes to a boil, pour it into a bowl containing bread crumbs and 6 green cardamoms.

Mix it well to make a soft dough. The bread crumbs will soak the milk and you will get a soft dough. Make small balls out of the dough and keep aside. Next, place a pan over medium flame and heat ghee in it. Add the balls to hot ghee and fry them until golden brown.

Transfer the fried balls into a bowl containing sugar syrup. Keep the balls soaked in it for 30 minutes. Bread gulab jamun is ready to be served.
